- Hold the strip at the ends, stretch it slightly and wrap it around client’s neck.
For best results, the glue area must also be stretched. - Press both glue area together making sure the ruffle fits securely around the neck
to prevent hair from getting in between. - Fold the Neck Ruffle over the cape.
- Remove Neck Ruffle after completion of service.
